Extension Director - William H St. Clair
Enough Clinton Oats was grown in county to supply farmers in the county with all the seed needed.
Traveling caravan made up of exhibits covering various phases of production, management, marketing, weed control safety equipment, short cuts in the home, model kitchens, and about every phase of farm and home. Caravan was accompanied by ten Extension specialists. Caravan was shown in 12 counties in the state. Attendance of the caravan in Northwood was 1,500.
Commercial sprayers increased in numbers, 406 farmers purchased combination weed and insect spraying equipment.

Boys 4-H clubs - 7 clubs with 148 members
    Members raised 105 baby beeves, 64 dairy heifers, 176 Western Lambs, 225 market pigs, 9 purebred litters, 500 chickens and 12 rabbits.
