Paul W. Henderson – County Club Agent
Margaret Thurston – Home Economics Agent (October 1, 1941 to March 31, 1942)
Lucille Buchanan – Home Economics Agent (April 15, 1942 to September 30, 1942)

County Extension program carried on through the county Farm Bureau.
The cotton mattress programs were completed.
283 mattresses were distributed to 193 families in last two years.
245 comforters were distributed to 173 families this year.

192 boys enrolled – 87 exhibited projects at fair and shows – 9 clubs
116 girls enrolled – 7 clubs

Food Production - most important work this year, Crop and Livestock Production
County Test Plot - 10 varieties of oats
3 Orchid Budding Demonstrations
Poultry Production, Swine Production, Dairy feeding and Production
County wide immunization and vaccination program.
County Corn Show - 300 entries in show.
County Program of work was revised due to the war - nutrition and family food supply, livestock and feed production.
Scrap iron drive, anti-inflation meeting - 124 people, rubber salvage in the county, fire prevention, Petroleum Delivery survey, Income Tax Meetings, War Bond Drive, Farm Machinery Repair, septic Tank Demos, importance of electricity in food production programs.
6th Annual club banquet - 196 in attendance in Northwood
Baby Beef Club - 60 boys/63 calves sold in county sale held during fair.
Sheep - $10.85 per head 1941; $12.20 per head 1942, many lambs slaughtered at Wilson Plant
Major Project - Food and Health for National Defense
War Emergency Program - bread making and wartime desserts, making simple house dreses for wartime needs, care and selection of fabrics, plastics in the wartime market, conservation of clothing.
