County Extension assisted in the organization of the Farmer's Coop Elevator in Joice, IA and the Deer Creek Valley Coop Cheese Factory on the Iowa/Minnesota line.

Extension Director and Office Assistant - duties of the secretary of the Worth County Fair

Worth County Farmer's Night - free entertainment sponsored by Northwood Commercial Club - Extension Director Assisted with plans.

County Extension Director served on Adjutant of the local American Legion Post assisting and planning military funerals or memorials in county.

County Extension Director helped organize county coop group with reps from all coops in county to protect interests of farmer coops.

Extension Director - secretary/treasurer of Lion's Club
